What is the typical lead time for custom home decor orders?

Since many of our pieces are handcrafted or made-to-order, please allow 7-14 business days for production before your item ships. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Ashley Nichole Designs ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to reach more home enthusiasts globally in the near future.

What is your return policy for home accents?

We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are final sale.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is processed, an email confirmation with a tracking link will be sent to the address provided at checkout. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status.
